Written by Unknown on 10.10.2007 Time 12:44

At 9 o’clock it happened. The Orange Box from Valve was released via Steam. All Steam-buyers may now play Half-Life 2: Episode Two, Portal and Team Fortress 2. Buyers of the retail version will have to wait around week before they can pelt towards all the shops or retailers.

Orange Box - Released

The Orange Box contains five titles. Episode Two, Portal, Team Fortress 2, Half-Life 2 and Episode One which all together won’t cost more than a normal-priced game. If you don’t want to purchase Half-Life 2 or Episode One again then you can buy all titles separately via Steam.

  • Half-Life 2: Episode Two: Price approx. 25 Euro
  • Team Fortress 2: Price approx. 25 Euro
  • Portal: Price approx. 17 Euro

The quotation of prices include taxes. If you want to purchase via Steam then you need a credit-card or a PayPal-Account. The Orange Box costs around 42 Euro and that’s cheaper than buying all the games separately.
